We've been at the Latha Apartments on Radha Krishnan Salai for a while now. It's a busy spot in Mylapore. People around here know us for being quiet and just getting on with building houses. It's a small office, nothing fancy. We started this because we liked the idea of making spaces where people actually want to stay. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that's just part of the job in Chennai. We handle things ourselves, mostly. If you come by J P Avenue, you'll see our sign. It's not a big corporate setup. Just a few of us trying to make sure things get done right. We deal with lots of different projects, and every day brings something new to figure out. Some days are slow, others we're running around all over the city. We don't really do the big flashy ads. Most folks find us because their neighbor or a cousin mentioned we were okay to work with. We've seen Mylapore change quite a bit over the years. The traffic is definitely worse, but the vibe is still the same. We like being part of the local scene here. It feels right. We keep our files organized, or try to anyway. It's honest work and we take it one day at a time. Nothing more to it than that, really. Just people building for other people. It takes time to get everything sorted, so we don't like to rush things.
