Chartered Accountancy

We have been operating out of 26, SKPD Vysya Students here in Chennai for a while now. It is a busy spot. Most days you will find us buried under stacks of folders and tax forms. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a printer that occasionally decides not to work when we are in a hurry. Being in Tamil Nadu means we deal with a lot of local regulations and GST filings that keep us on our toes. People come in with their receipts in plastic bags sometimes, and we just sit down and try to make sense of it all. It is quiet work for the most part, though things get loud when the phones start ringing around filing deadlines. We focus on the numbers because that is what needs doing. It’s a lot of staring at screens and checking ledger entries twice to make sure everything matches up. The tea guy comes by twice a day, which helps us stay focused. We don't have a big reception area or flashy signs out front. It's just a place where the work gets done. If you walk past the students' area, you'll find us tucked away. We handle audits and basic accounting because that’s what we know how to do. The humidity in Chennai can be tough on the paperwork, but we manage. We just keep filing the papers and making sure the math is correct.
