We are set up at 5/216 on Old Mahabalipuram Road, right in the Kandanchavadi area. Centurywells Roofing India (Pvt.) Ltd. is basically where we handle everything related to roofs. It's a busy stretch of road, so there’s always traffic humming outside. Our building isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time looking at roofing materials and talking to people about their projects. It's practical work. We have samples lying around and stacks of papers on the desks. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic when we have multiple jobs going on at once. We don't really do the corporate thing. It’s more about being on-site or making sure the supplies are ready. Kandanchavadi has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings popping up everywhere. We’ve stayed in this same spot though. People know where to find us. We deal with all kinds of weather issues because that’s what roofing is all about. It’s not always easy, especially when the rain starts and everyone needs help at once. We just take it as it comes. It's a straightforward business. We show up, look at the plans, and get the roofing sorted. There are no fancy speeches here. Just a bunch of people working with materials and keeping things dry for others. We stay busy and that is enough for us.
