You can find us at Plot Number 43 on 4th Street in V V Colony. It’s right there in Adambakkam. This area has changed a lot since we first set up here. It used to be a lot quieter, but now there are houses and shops everywhere. We’re officially registered under Kancheepuram but we’re basically Chennai people. The office is just a regular building on the street. We don’t have a big sign with lights or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly us drinking coffee and looking at plans. It gets a bit messy with all the maps and papers, but we know where everything is. We don’t go in for all that corporate talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to get it done. The street outside can get narrow if too many cars are parked there, which happens a lot on 4th Street. Most of our work is just dealing with the daily grind of infrastructure stuff. We have a small crew and we all know each other's families. It’s more of a community feel than a big business vibe. We’ve been around the block a few times. We don’t promise things we can’t deliver. It’s just a practical way to run a business. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around V V Colony. We just try to be fair and do what we said at Casni Infra Privatelimited.
