Carmel Engineering Chennai Private Ltd is over in the Racecourse area. Our office is specifically at No: 90, on the 5th Floor. It’s right on Govt Arts College Road, which is usually quite busy during the day. We are pretty close to Cheran Tower, so that's a good landmark if you're trying to find the building. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, though we're mostly looking at our screens or blueprints. The Racecourse neighborhood is a nice part of town, and having the college road right there means there's always something going on. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a professional enough space, but we don't go in for anything too flashy. Carmel Engineering Chennai Private Ltd is just a group of us working through projects. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we usually tell people to give it a minute.
