Buildguru Construction is tucked away in Panneer Nagar, specifically at 187/188 Thiruvalluvar Street in Mogappair East. Chennai is a big place, but this neighborhood has its own local feel that we like. Our office is a simple setup in Square 600037 where we manage all our construction activities. We aren't the type to wear suits to work; usually, it is just jeans and a shirt that we don't mind getting a bit of site dust on. We have been working around Mogappair for quite a while now. The area has seen so many new apartments and shops popping up lately. We handle the day-to-day grind of building, which means talking to contractors, checking on the cement supply, and making sure the labor is actually on site. It’s a lot of coordinating and sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them as we go. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build structures. Whether it is a small renovation or a bigger project, we put in the same amount of effort. Thiruvalluvar Street is a good home base for us. It’s close enough to the main roads but quiet enough to get some planning done without distractions. We are just a local team trying to do right by the people we work for. It’s not a glamorous job, but seeing a building finished at the end of several months is a good feeling for us.
