We are over here at Trustpuram in Kodambakkam. Our office is on the 4th Cross Street, right at number one. It’s a busy spot in Chennai, and we spend most of our days dealing with engineering projects and the paperwork that comes with it. Being Buildfic Engineering Private Limited means we are usually tied up with technical drawings or out visiting sites where things are actually getting built. The office isn't fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we’re used to it. People around here know us as the folks who are always looking at blueprints. We started this because we knew how to handle the engineering side of things. It is mostly just about making sure the measurements are right and the materials arrive on time. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy ads. Most of what we do is just steady work, day in and day out. If you walk down the street, you’ll see our door. It’s a regular workspace with some desks and a lot of files piled up. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we know the neighborhood pretty well. The tea shop nearby is where we usually end up when things get stressful. It is just us, a small team trying to keep projects moving without making a big fuss about it. We stay busy enough without needing to be loud.
