BUILD COLLECTIVE LLP

BUILD COLLECTIVE LLP is located at Plot No. 3 in the Ruby Complex Extension. We’re right between Neelangarai and Injambakkam, which is a nice part of the city near the coast. You can sometimes feel the sea breeze if the wind is blowing the right way, though mostly it’s just hot. The office is in a small complex and we share the space with a few other businesses. It’s a bit of a mix of people coming and going all day. We spend most of our time looking at site plans or talking to the contractors about the materials we need. Our desks are usually covered in dust and bits of samples from the projects we’re working on. We don’t spend much on making the place look polished or perfect. We’re more interested in how the actual structures are coming along. We have a small group of people working here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. Sometimes that means going out to pick up supplies ourselves if the delivery is late. The traffic on ECR can be a bit much, so we try to plan our site visits around the busy hours. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We’re just a local group trying to do a decent job with the projects we take on. It’s basic, everyday work for us and we like it.
