Bluestar Dewlite Associates

Bluestar Dewlite Associates is on the first floor of Muzvi Plaza, right across from the Big Mosque in Triplicane. Being at No 31 and 32, we have a good view of the street from the hallway. Triplicane is an old and crowded part of the city, and the Big Mosque is a great landmark that everyone knows. The building itself is a bit worn down, with narrow stairs and some dim hallways, but it works for us. Our office is a simple space with some mismatched chairs and old wooden desks. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the other shopkeepers in the plaza. You can hear the sounds of the street and the calls from the mosque throughout the day, which gives the place a specific feel. It’s not a modern glass-and-steel office. We have files stacked up in the corners and a couple of fans that stay on all day to keep the air moving. We deal with our associates and handle our business without a lot of fanfare. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we just take a break and wait it out. It’s an honest, local business. We don't have any marketing people or slick presentations. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and talk to whoever comes through the door. It’s a steady way to spend the day in a historic neighborhood.
