Bluecon Infra Development Private Limited is located at No. 4-231-A on 6th Street. We are just off MGR Salai in Palavakkam, Chennai. Being near the coast means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, but mostly it’s just the usual Chennai heat. Our office is a straightforward setup. We have a place to sit, some computers, and a lot of files regarding our development projects. We aren't interested in having a shiny office in a tall glass building. This place in Palavakkam works just fine for what we need. It’s a residential-turned-commercial kind of area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the city center. We spend our mornings going over schedules and our afternoons checking on how things are moving along. There are a few of us here, and we’ve all been doing this for a while. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to people. If someone asks what we do, we just say we develop infrastructure. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we figure it out. We know the 600041 area well. We like the local food stalls nearby for a quick break. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job. We keep things pretty low-key and just focus on the projects we have on hand.
