We've been at No.2 on 5th Cross Street for a while now. Most days you'll find someone here in the office on GK Muppanar Salai, though we're usually out looking at sites or meeting people around Annai Ambedkar Nagar. Chennai heat is something else lately, so we tend to start pretty early to get the outdoor work done before the sun gets too high. Bhuvanam Property Developers India Private Limited isn't a massive operation with a fancy lobby. It’s just us doing the daily work of property development. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and checking on materials. The 600096 area is growing fast, and there's always a lot of dust and noise from new projects nearby. We take our tea at the small shop down the road most afternoons. It’s a busy place. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes getting around a bit of a headache, but we manage. We handle the local filings and the land details ourselves. It’s not always exciting work, mostly just making sure everything is where it should be according to the rules. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot since we moved in. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside, but it gets the job done for what we need. We keep things simple here and just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of our day is spent looking at maps or talking to laborers.
