Bhogar Projects Private Limited is located on the 2nd floor of a building in Labour Colony. Our address is New No.42, though some older records still show it as Old No.98. We’re tucked away on 3rd Street in Guindy. If you know Guindy, you know it’s a hub for all sorts of industry and labor, so we fit right in here. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always busy with people and vehicles passing by. We handle a variety of projects from this office. It’s a lot of organizing and making sure our teams have what they need at the various sites we are currently working on. The atmosphere in our office is pretty relaxed but we stay focused because there’s always a deadline looming or a delivery that needs to be tracked down. We’ve got a lot of files and plans scattered around because that’s just the nature of the project work we do. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped, especially when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Guindy has a specific energy to it, and we’ve grown used to the pace of things here. We just show up every day, drink our tea, and get through the list of things that need doing. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do, and we’ve been doing it from this spot in Labour Colony for some time now.
