Bhaggyam Homes is located right in the heart of T. Nagar on Sarangapani Street. Being in T. Nagar means we are surrounded by all the shopping crowds and traffic, which is just part of living and working in Chennai. Our office at New No. 2 is where we handle all the details for our housing projects. It’s a busy environment. We have architects coming in with drawings and people from the sites dropping by to give updates. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where all the decisions happen. We’ve been involved in building homes for a while, and it’s a lot of work making sure everything stays on track. We aren't a big, polished corporate office with uniforms or anything. Most of us just wear comfortable clothes because we’re often moving between the desk and the construction sites. There’s usually a stack of files on every flat surface and the phone rings pretty often. We try to be honest about how things are going with the builds, even when there are delays with materials or weather. That’s just the reality of construction in a city like this. We like being on Sarangapani Street because everything is close by, even if finding parking is a nightmare for our visitors. We just keep our heads down and focus on finishing the work we started.
