Benaiah Projects Private Limited

We are over here in Thiruvanmiyur at No.4/E 106 on 14th West Street. If you know Chennai, you know this part of town gets quite busy during the day, but our little corner stays relatively alright. Benaiah Projects Private Limited is what the sign says on our door. We spend most of our mornings dealing with the usual paperwork and calls that come with being in this business. It is a simple setup really. There isn't much to say about the office itself other than it is where we get everything done. Sometimes the traffic on the main roads makes it a bit of a trek to get here, but once you are on 14th West Street, things calm down a bit. We have been at this address for a while now. The building is easy to spot once you get the hang of the numbering around here. We usually have the fans going full blast because the Chennai heat doesn't really let up. People stop by sometimes asking for directions, and we just point them toward the main road. It is just us working away at our desks, trying to keep things organized. We don't have any fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs, desks, and our files. It’s a practical space for Benaiah Projects Private Limited to operate from. We are just local people doing our jobs every day without much fuss or noise.
