Basil Inc

So, we are based out of T-Nagar in Chennai, specifically on Thukkaram 2nd Street. Our address is a bit unique because we are right there near Vanitha Hostel at No. 18, or the new number 34 if you’re looking at the updated signs. T-Nagar is always a bit of a chaotic place to be, especially with all the shoppers and the traffic that never seems to stop. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it serves us well enough for what we do at Basil Inc. The heat in Chennai can be pretty brutal, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working and that there’s enough water for everyone. It’s a tight-knit group here. We know the neighbors, and the person who brings the post knows exactly where to leave it even if we’re busy. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a bunch of people trying to make things work in a busy part of the city. We’ve got some old furniture and a few plants that someone forgets to water sometimes. It feels more like a home office than a big business, which suits us just fine.
