Balaji Homes

Our place, Balaji Homes, is located over at 39, 1st Street in Indian Bank Colony. It’s right in the Ambattur area, which is always moving. The office itself is just a regular building on the street, nothing too special to look at from the outside. I’ve been working out of here for a good bit of time now. Most of the people who come by are living nearby or have heard about us from a friend. We handle a lot of the local housing stuff, like when someone wants to move or has a place to rent out. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, honestly. I make sure I have plenty of tea ready for whoever drops in. The 1st Street is usually busy with people going to work or the bank, so there’s always something to look at out the window. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk and it takes a few days to get through it all. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of us making sure everything runs okay. Ambattur is a big place but this little corner of the colony feels like home. We know the local shops and the people who have been here for years. It’s just a regular local business doing regular things. No need to make it sound more complicated than it really is, I suppose. It’s just about being here when someone needs a bit of help with a house.
