Avalon Techonology

You’ll find Avalon Techonology over in Selaiyur, specifically on Babu Street in Saraswathi Nagar. It’s a residential pocket that has gotten a lot busier over the last few years. Our building at number 27 is a pretty standard house that we’ve converted for our needs. It’s got a small gate and a bit of a front yard where we park our bikes. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s fairly quiet during the day while everyone is at school or work. We have our desks set up in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. It feels a bit like working from home even when the whole team is in. The paint on the outside is starting to peel a little, but inside we have everything we need to stay busy. Chennai summers are tough here, so we have a few old AC units that hum loudly all day. There’s a small grocery shop just down the road where we get our snacks. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. It’s a straightforward setup. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make space for a new desk, but we manage. Being in Saraswathi Nagar is convenient for most of us, and it’s a decent place to spend our working hours without too much stress.
