You can find Baashyaam Reality over on G.N. Chetty Road in T. Nagar. We are up on the 4th floor of building No. 87. T. Nagar is always such a mess with traffic and people, but it’s the heart of the city, so we stayed here. Our office is a busy place. Since we are on the 4th floor, we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually jammed with cars and bikes. We spend most of our time here managing different real estate matters and talking to people who want to find a place in the city. It’s not always easy work because the market changes so much. We have a lot of files and maps spread out across the tables. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches; we just handle the transactions and the site visits as they come. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a workout. We have a regular routine of coming in, checking the latest site reports, and meeting with clients who manage to find a parking spot nearby. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments. We try to keep things organized, but in a busy place like this, there’s always something unexpected happening. We just take it one day at a time and do what needs to be done. It keeps us grounded and focused on the actual work.
