We are located at the same address as some of our other operations, No. 87 G.N. Chetty Road, on the 4th floor. This part of T. Nagar is always buzzing with activity, which can be a bit much on Monday mornings. As Baashyaam Land Developers, we focus specifically on the land side of things. That means a lot of our time is spent looking at survey maps and visiting potential sites across the outskirts of the city. The office on the 4th floor is where we do the heavy lifting with the paperwork. It’s a lot of dealing with land titles and making sure all the boundaries are correct. We have a small group of people who are good at navigating the local regulations. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand rules; we just try to be sensible about how we work. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day looking at a piece of ground, and other times we are stuck in the office dealing with the computer system. It’s a mix. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The traffic on G.N. Chetty Road is a constant background noise for us. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just identify land that has potential and work through the process to get it ready for development. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just keep plugging away at it until the job is done.
