We’ve been here in T Nagar for a while now. Our office is tucked away on Mannar Reddy Street, specifically on the first floor of Guru Arul. If you know Chennai, you know how busy this neighborhood gets every single day. It’s always crowded outside with people and bikes, but inside we just focus on getting the work done. Azm Casas is basically a group of people who know the local property scene pretty well. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. It’s a practical space. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sitting around with a lot of paperwork. People often miss the turn for Premise No 17 because the street signs can be tricky around here and the traffic is distracting. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's central and easy for people to find once they know where it is. We deal with various housing projects and land stuff. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic noise is a bit much, but that’s just life in this part of town. We just try to be straightforward with anyone who walks in. There isn't a huge marketing team behind us, just us handling things as they come. Being in a place like 600017 keeps us busy enough. We mostly stick to what we know and try to help folks find what they need without making a big fuss. It’s a decent place.
