Our base is at No. 140 TNHB in Ayyappakkam. Avs Group Of Companies has been around this part of town for quite some time now. We do a bit of everything when it comes to building and managing projects. It’s a lot of work and our days are usually pretty full from start to finish. The office is tucked away in the TNHB colony, which makes it a convenient spot for us to operate from. We don't go in for anything fancy; the walls are covered in calendars and old photos of jobs we've finished. Most of our time is spent dealing with the actual logistics of getting things built. That means talking to laborers, ordering supplies, and checking on the progress at various sites. It can get quite chaotic when several things are happening at once. We have a small team that handles the paperwork while the rest of us are out in the field. Ayyappakkam is growing, so there is always some new work to look at. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. We just rely on doing the work and letting that speak for itself. It’s a basic approach, but it has worked for us so far. We just show up every morning, drink our tea, and get to work on whatever needs doing. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us productive and the days go by fast. There is always work.
