Our office is located at Plot No. 31, Breeze County in Padur Village, right along the Sriperumbuthur Road. Avaalon Developers LLP is the name we use. We are out near Valarpuram Post, which is a bit of a drive from the main city center of Chennai, but it’s where a lot of the new growth is happening. We focus on developing land and houses in this area. It’s a lot of outdoor work, walking through plots and checking boundaries. The 602105 area code is becoming quite popular lately. Our office in Breeze County is pretty simple. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders full of site plans. We don't do the corporate style of doing things. We prefer to just talk plainly with people about what they need. It’s often dusty out here because of all the construction, but we don't mind. We’ve seen this village change a lot over the years. We spend our days coordinating with contractors and making sure the plots are ready for whatever comes next. It’s a steady job and it keeps us on our toes. We like the quietness of Padur compared to the city, even if the commute can be a bit long sometimes. The local tea shop nearby is where we usually end up talking about the day's progress. It’s just how we operate, staying grounded and focused on the dirt and the bricks.
