Augustvistas is located right in the heart of T Nagar on Raja Bather Street. Our office is at number 52. If you know Chennai, you know how busy T Nagar gets with all the shops and people. It’s a bit hectic around here, but it’s a great place to be. We work on various real estate and construction projects from this office. It’s not a very big space, just enough for us to keep our records and meet with people occasionally. Most of our day is spent coordinating things over the phone or visiting project sites. We aren't about big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just do our work and try to keep things organized. The traffic on Raja Bather Street can be a real pain sometimes, especially in the evenings, but we’re used to it. We’ve been operating out of the 600017 zip code for some time. We aren't a huge firm, just a dedicated group of people trying to build things right. We don't have a glossy website with big promises. We just talk to people face-to-face and handle the paperwork as it comes. It’s a lot of grind, but we enjoy seeing a project come together. It's just a regular local business doing its thing in a busy city. No big corporate layers, just a small office on a crowded street in T Nagar.
