We operate out of Bheemanna Garden Street in Alwarpet. It’s one of those parts of Chennai that has a lot of trees and old houses mixed with new ones. Audpl Property Maintenance Llp isn’t about building new skyscrapers; we’re about keeping the buildings that already exist in good shape. Our days are filled with calls about leaky pipes, peeling paint, or various electrical issues. Being in the 600018 area puts us close to many of the properties we look after. The office is really just a base where we keep our tools and coordinate the different technicians. It’s often empty during the day because everyone is out at different sites across the neighborhood. When we are in, it’s usually to catch up on billing or to order spare parts for the next job. Alwarpet can get very busy with traffic, so we try to plan our routes carefully to avoid getting stuck for hours. We aren't a big, impersonal company. Most of our clients know us by name and just call us directly. Maintenance isn't always the most glamorous job, but it’s necessary for keeping things running. We deal with the small problems before they become big, expensive ones. We don't have a fancy website or a huge marketing budget to speak of. We just rely on doing a decent job so people call us back the next time something breaks. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps us busy.
