ATHERSTAM PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over here at Mandaveli Lane in Mylapore. The office is right on the ground floor, which makes it easy for folks to just drop in when they are around. Being in a place like Mylapore, there is always something happening outside the door. Atherstam Properties Private Limited has been around for a bit now. We spend most of our mornings checking on things and talking to people about where they want to live or what they want to do with their land. It gets pretty humid here during the day, so the fan is always running. We don't really do the fancy corporate thing with big suits. It is just us in the office trying to get the paperwork right. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. Our address is 10/23, and it is a quiet enough spot if you ignore the bikes zooming past. Dealing with properties means a lot of phone calls and walking around different sites. Some days are slow, other days we are running around until late. We just try to keep things moving. If you know this part of Chennai, you know how tight the lanes can be, but we like it here. It feels like home to us. We’ve got some old desks and a lot of files piled up, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we work every day.
