Our office is located at No.10 on Purushothaman Street in Chitlapakkam. It is a decent area in Chennai and we have been based here for some time now. Ashwath Ekathantha Infrastructure Private Limited is the full name of the business. We focus on infrastructure and building work around the local neighborhood and further into the city. The office is quite small and we often have papers piled up on the desks. It isn't very tidy in a corporate way, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time out of the office anyway, looking at sites and talking to the labor crews. Chennai is a big place and getting around takes forever, but we manage to get to our projects. We don't really go for big advertisements or catchy slogans. People just come to us because they need something built or fixed. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they will cost. It is a straightforward way of doing business. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is short, but we just keep working. It is just us and a few staff members making things happen. We like being in Chitlapakkam because it is close to where many of us live. It is just a normal, everyday construction company. The street gets a bit narrow so it's tricky for big trucks to get through sometimes. We have to plan the deliveries very carefully so we don't block anyone.
