We are set up at No. 2/pc, 1 d M.M.D.A in J.J. Nagar. Art Jewellers Private Limited actually takes up both the first and second floors here in the west area. Having two floors gives us a bit more room to breathe, which is nice when things get hectic. J.J. Nagar is a good spot, and we feel lucky to have a place here. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls and fancy suits. It is just a functional space where we get our work done every day. We handle the daily operations ourselves, from cleaning the counters to keeping the books. Sometimes the stairs between the first and second floor feel a bit long by the end of the day, but it keeps us moving. We don't spend money on big posters or radio ads. We think if you do a decent job, people will eventually find out about you. That is how it has worked for us so far. Most of our visitors are from the nearby streets, though we see some new faces every now and then. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. There is no pressure when you come in. We just show you what we have and let you decide. It is a straightforward way of running things. We have been here for a while and we know the rhythms of the neighborhood quite well.
