ARIMA BUILDERS & TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Neelangarai, specifically at Aura Villa No. 5c on Pandian Salai. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s a decent area, not too far from the coast. Our work involves a lot of back and forth between the office and various building sites. We don't just do traditional building; we try to use whatever new stuff is available to make the jobs go faster. The office is at Door #34, Plot #3, which is where we handle all the boring stuff like payroll and ordering materials. Most of the time, we’d rather be out on the site. Building things in Chennai means you have to deal with the humidity and the salt air, which can be tough on equipment. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of people. We’re just a local team that knows the ground here. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. If someone asks, we just say we build houses and offices. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck being late or the weather turning bad, but we just figure it out as we go. It’s a lot of long days and sometimes working through the weekends to get things finished. We just like seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished building. It takes time and patience.
