We are located in Nungambakkam, at 11 (6) Mahalingam (C) Street. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’re right in the thick of it. Areemas handles both building construction and development projects. We’ve been working out of this office for some time now. Nungambakkam is a mix of old and new, and we see that every day in the work we do. Sometimes we’re fixing up an older place, and other times we’re starting something fresh. The office is a bit crowded with samples, folders, and coffee cups. It’s a working space, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and contractors. In this business, things rarely go exactly as planned, so we spend a lot of time solving problems on the fly. We don't use those big corporate slogans. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. It’s a lot of legwork, literally. Walking around sites in the Chennai humidity can be draining, but it's part of the life. We deal with all kinds of clients, from individuals to smaller businesses. Everyone has a different idea of what they want, and we try to get as close to that as possible within the budget. Being on Mahalingam Street puts us close to everything we need. It’s a good base for us. We just keep plugging away, project by project, trying to do solid work for the city. It’s simple, really. We just build things properly.
