You can find Arana Developers Llp over at 378, Kapaleeswara Nagar. We are right on the 1St Main Road here in Chennai. It’s a decent area, and we’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. The office is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet with people. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Most of our work is about developing properties around the city. It keeps us on our toes because there is always a new problem to solve or a new regulation to read through. We aren't a huge team, just a few folks who know how the business works. Kapaleeswara Nagar is a nice part of town, and we enjoy being based here. Sometimes we have to spend the whole day out at a site, so the office stays locked up until we get back. We don't believe in using a lot of fancy corporate speak. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to get it done. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. Some weeks are slower than others, but there’s always something that needs attention. We’ve grown to know the local rhythms of the neighborhood quite well.
