Anvidha Jains Projects Private Limited is situated at No.98/99 on Habibullah Road, right near North Usman Road in T.Nagar. If you know the area, you know it gets incredibly busy around here. We’ve been operating from this T.Nagar location for a while. It’s a bustling part of the city, and there’s always some kind of construction or renovation going on nearby. Our office is where we handle all the planning and the phone calls that come in throughout the day. We aren't a huge firm, just a group of people who know how to manage building projects. Being on Habibullah Road means we are right in the middle of everything, which is handy for getting to different sites across the city. We don't really do the fancy corporate presentations. Most of the time, we’re just talking through the details with clients or making sure the materials arrived at the site on time. T.Nagar can be a challenge with the traffic, especially when we’re trying to move equipment, but we’ve gotten used to it. We take on various projects, trying to stay steady with the work. It’s a lot of coordination between different crews and suppliers. We just try to keep things moving and get the projects finished without too much fuss. It’s a lived-in office and we’re practical people. That’s just how we operate at No.98/99.
