If you are looking for us, we are right on Medavakkam Main Road in Madipakkam. The building is an older one, used to be number 77 but now it’s 14. Chennai is always changing like that with the address numbers. Annai Revathi Foundations is mostly about the groundwork. We deal with foundations, which is the part of the house you don’t see once it’s finished but is probably the most important bit. It’s messy work. Our office usually has a bit of dust because we are always coming back from sites. We’ve been in this Madipakkam spot for a while. The traffic on Medavakkam Main Road is pretty bad during rush hour, so we try to get our site visits done early in the morning. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived around Chennai for our whole lives. We don't really do the big corporate talk. We just discuss piles, soil, and concrete. People around here know us as the local foundation guys. It’s a lot of physical coordination and making sure the machinery is working right. Sometimes things break down or the soil isn't what we expected, and we just have to figure it out. That is just how the construction business goes. We stay busy with various projects around the city. It’s steady work and we like being part of the local community here in the 600091 area. We just focus on doing a solid job so the building stays up.
