Annai Medical College & Hospital (Administrative Office)

We are over here on Arcot Road, right in the Valasaravakkam area of Chennai. Most of what happens at this office is the paperwork side of the medical college and the hospital. It gets pretty busy because there are always forms to file or people coming in to ask about admissions and staff details. We have been at No 5 for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit and get the administrative work done so the doctors can focus on their patients at the main campus. Sometimes the traffic outside on Arcot Road is a bit much, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. We spend a lot of time on the phones here. Dealing with student records takes up a good chunk of the day. We try to keep things organized but with so many students and hospital staff, there is always a stack of files somewhere that needs looking at. It is just a normal office environment where we drink our tea and keep the wheels turning for the institution. People stop by to drop off letters or pick up documents all through the week. It stays pretty loud with the city noise coming through the windows, but we are used to it by now. It is a practical spot for us to handle the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps the college running like it should.
