Mark Group

Mark Group has been based at Ai 53 in Shanti Colony for a long time. If you know Anna Nagar, you know that Shanti Colony is one of the more established parts of the neighborhood. Our office is actually an old house that was converted into a workspace. It still feels like a house in many ways, which we like. There are big trees outside that give plenty of shade, and we have a small porch where we sometimes sit during breaks. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and cupboards full of files. We don't have a formal lobby or a security guard at the gate. Usually, one of us will hear the bell and go see who it is. Shanti Colony is a busy place, so finding a spot to park a car can be tricky, but we usually manage. The people who work here are mostly from around this side of the city. We don't really go for big corporate speeches or long-term strategy meetings. We just look at what’s on the schedule for the week and get started. It’s a very practical environment. We have a small pantry where we keep some snacks and a kettle for tea. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to anyone. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in Anna Nagar, but we’ve managed to stay put at Ai 53 by just focusing on our daily work and keeping things moving along as usual.
