We deal with air services, mostly focusing on getting goods onto planes and through the various checks. It’s a fast-paced environment because planes don't wait for anyone. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the airport and customs people. It’s a lot of 'where is this?' and 'why is that delayed?' Our team is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We don’t have a polished reception area or fancy coffee machines. It’s mostly just us, our computers, and the sound of the street outside. We try to be practical about everything. If a shipment is going to be late, we just say so.
