Anandavalee Builders Llp

Our office is right on the East Coast Road in Injambakkam. It gets really busy around here with all the cars and bikes heading down towards the beach. We have been running Anandavalee Builders for a good number of years now. Chennai is a huge city, but we mostly like to focus our work on the areas sitting near the ECR. Being a builder means you spend most of your life on your feet or driving between sites. We have our hands in different small projects all the time. Sometimes we are stuck dealing with contractors and other times we are just trying to find some reliable help for the day. The sea air in Injambakkam is nice to breathe, but it sure makes metal things rust if you do not keep an eye on them. We are located at number 203. It is a decent enough spot for us. We do not actually spend much time sitting inside the office. Most of the real work happens out where the dust is. It is not a giant firm, just a handful of us making sure everything we build is standing straight and solid. We have seen this part of Chennai change quite a bit lately. New houses are going up all over the place. We just try to fit in and do our part without making a fuss. Some days are long, especially when it is humid. We just build things and hope the weather stays clear.
