Amman Industries

Our workshop, Amman Industries, is located at No. 17 in the Sidco Industrial Estate in Ambattur. If you know the area, you know it’s a hub for all sorts of manufacturing. It’s a bit of a maze of buildings here, but we’ve been in this spot long enough that we feel right at home. The building itself is older, with high ceilings and those big windows that let in a bit of breeze if we're lucky. We do a lot of manual work here. It’s mostly the sound of metal hitting metal and the smell of industrial oil. We aren't trying to be anything flashy. We just have our machines and our tools, and we get the orders filled. Sometimes things get backed up, and we have to stay late, but that’s just part of the job. The guys here have been together for a while, so we work well without needing to say much. Ambattur is a busy place, and there’s always someone coming or going from the estate. We usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too high and the heat becomes a problem. Lunch is usually a quick affair brought from home. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. We just have this shop in Sidco and the work we do every day. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we’re glad to be here.
