You can find us at Ma Foi House, which is located at Plot No. 3726, Door No. 41. We are right on 6th Avenue in the Q Block of Anna Nagar. It’s a well-known area, so it’s easy for people to find our office. We work as building consultants. Basically, we help folks navigate the complicated world of construction. We don't actually build the houses ourselves; we do the planning and the consulting part. It involves a lot of reading through rules and making sure everything is done by the book. Anna Nagar is a busy place, and our office is usually a quiet spot where we can focus on all the technical details. We have been here for a good while now. We don't have a big marketing department or any fancy slogans. We just provide advice based on what we know about the local building laws and how things work on the ground. People come to us when they have a problem or when they aren't sure how to start a project. We try to give them honest feedback, even if it’s not exactly what they want to hear. It’s a lot of desk work, looking at drawings and checking measurements. Sometimes we have to go out to a site to see things for ourselves and make sure the consultant advice we gave is actually being followed. We are just a small group of people doing our thing.
