Our office is in Royapettah, right on Mohamed Hussain Street. If you know Chennai, you know this part of town is always crowded and noisy, but it’s where we do everything for AL-HAMEED UNITY TOWNSHIP DEVELOPERS LLP. We have been at New No.41 for a while. Coffee runs are pretty common because the afternoons get slow when the heat hits. Usually, someone is arguing about a boundary line or a permit. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the blueprints end up everywhere. It’s a lot of work to manage these developments, but we like being in the middle of Chennai. It feels like we are actually part of what's happening. We just take it one project at a time and hope the rain stays away when we're digging.
