Our office for Ajwa Edu Build is located at 59, M K N Road in Guindy. It’s a very busy part of Chennai, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic outside our window. We focus on building educational spaces, which means we have to be extra careful about how things are laid out for schools and colleges. It’s not like building a regular house where you just follow a standard plan. There are more rules to think about. The office itself is pretty basic, usually filled with samples of flooring or paint chips that we are trying to decide on. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a polished lobby. You just walk in and find us working at our desks. Most of our staff are out at the sites around the city most of the day. Guindy is a good central spot, but the commute can be a nightmare some days. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. We just let the buildings we’ve finished do the talking. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, like a delivery being late or a wall needing to be redone, but we just get on with it. It’s hard work and it’s often very dusty, but it’s what we know how to do. We’re just a small, practical team trying to get things built on time for the next school term. We do the work ourselves.
