Airy Business Centre Insel Corp. We are based in Choolaimedu at Dharma Towers. Specifically, we are in units 1 and 2. It’s easy to find because we are right opposite the Bank of Baroda on Nelson Manickam Road. That road is always jammed with cars and bikes. Our business centre has a mix of different people coming through. It’s a bit of a hub. Inside, it’s mostly partitioned spaces and shared areas. We spend our time managing the daily flow of people and tasks. The office has a lot of natural light coming in from the front. We have some plants that we try to keep alive, though we sometimes forget to water them. There’s a constant sound of typing and low conversations. Choolaimedu is a lively area, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite to eat nearby. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things look as long as the work is getting done. The furniture is practical and comfortable enough for a long day. We’ve been at Dharma Towers for a good stretch of time. The building is older but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We know the other tenants in the building and sometimes chat in the lobby. It’s a community feel. We just keep our heads down and handle the business of the day. It’s not a high-pressure corporate floor, just a regular place where people come to get things done.
