You can find us at 70 Sadaiappa Street. It is a regular street, nothing too flashy, which suits the way we do things at Ainthinai Land and Projects. We deal with various land projects and smaller developments. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or looking over site plans. It is a lot of back and forth, making sure things are lined up properly. We don't have a massive staff, just a few of us who know the business well enough to get the job done. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes there are delays, which is just part of working with land and construction. We try to be sensible about our projects and not take on more than we can handle at one time. The office is a practical space where we meet and talk. There is usually a pot of tea going and some maps spread out on the table. We’ve been working from this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us. We are just local people trying to make a living by helping others get their projects off the ground. It is about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just show the work we’ve done and let that be it. If there is a problem, we try to fix it right then instead of letting it wait. That is our way.
