We are based out of the Industrial Estate in Guindy, specifically at MF-1 on CIPET Hostel Road. It’s a very practical area to be in, surrounded by factories and other workshops. Being here makes sense for us because we’re right in the middle of where things actually get built. We spend a lot of time at our desks drawing up plans, but we also spend plenty of time walking around the estate talking to people who make things. It’s not a quiet place, there’s always the sound of machines or trucks going by, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our office is a simple setup without any unnecessary frills. We focus on the work itself rather than having a flashy entrance. Most of our days are filled with looking at regulations and trying to fit everything into the site layouts we get. It’s a lot of math and double-checking measurements. Guindy is a busy hub, and we like being part of that energy. Sometimes the traffic on the way in is a nightmare, but that’s just Chennai for you. We just show up every morning, get our coffee, and start working on whatever is on the table. We don't make any big promises, we just try to get the drawings right.
