We are based at No. 20, Dharmaraja Kovil Street in Poonamallee. It’s an old part of Chennai with a lot of character. We do construction work. It's messy and loud sometimes, but it's what we know. Most of the time we are out on sites, but the office is where the planning happens. It's a small place. Aerovie Construction Private Limited is the official name. We started because we saw a lot of houses going up and thought we could do it too. It's not just about bricks and cement; it's about making sure things don't fall apart later. We handle different types of building projects around Chennai. Poonamallee is a good spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily, even with the traffic. Our team is just a bunch of regular people who like building things. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. Sometimes the work gets stressful when supplies don't show up on time, but we manage. If you walk down Dharmaraja Kovil Street, you'll see our sign. It's not flashy. We prefer to let the buildings we finish speak for themselves. We’ve been at this for a bit now and have learned a lot about how things work in this industry. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it. The local temple nearby brings a lot of people to the street, so it's always lively around the office.
