Our place is located at 492 1 A Main, 2nd Cross, in the RR Layout area of Bangalore, right by the Jnanabharathi Post. Being in Bangalore, the traffic can be a real headache, so most of us try to get in before the worst of it starts in the morning. The office is tucked away in a residential-feeling layout, which makes it a bit quieter than being on a main road. We’ve got the Aditya Birla Group name on a small plaque, but it’s easy to miss if you’re not looking closely for it. The interior is pretty basic, with some ceiling fans and a few old wooden desks that have been here for years. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello when someone walks in. It’s a very informal atmosphere, and we like it that way. We spend our time on various projects and chores that keep the business running. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for too long, but usually, it’s just steady work. The 5600056 pincode area has grown a lot since we first arrived, but this little corner hasn't changed much. It’s an honest workplace where we don't try to impress anyone with flashy furniture or fancy coffee machines. We just do our bit and then head home once the sun starts to go down. It's a simple life for us here in the RR Layout office. We just take things as they come and try not to overcomplicate things.
