Adithya Structural Pvt Ltd is located over in Ekkaduthangal, specifically at 29/17 Balaji Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know this area can get pretty crowded and loud most of the time. Our building is tucked away in one of those streets where there’s always someone moving something or a bike zipping past your elbow. We do structural work, so our days are mostly filled with technical drawings, steel talk, and checking figures over and over again. It’s not the kind of job where you can afford to be messy with the details, even if the office itself gets a bit messy with paper and blueprints. We have a small team here. Most of us have been together for several years, so we don't need to say much to know what needs doing. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing. No one wears a suit here unless they absolutely have to for some fancy meeting. Usually, it’s just plain shirts and trousers, maybe some safety gear if we’re heading out to a site. Balaji Nagar has been a good spot for us because it’s central enough to reach different parts of the city without too much trouble, though the traffic is always a total headache. We don’t spend much on decorating the place; we’d rather spend that on better equipment or just keeping things running smoothly. It’s a practical setup for practical work. We just show up, do the work, and try to get home before the worst of the evening rush starts.
