This is the Aarvi Encon office that deals with the L&T site work. Even though the name mentions Ahmedabad, we are actually based down in Tamil Nadu according to our records. It’s a bit of a stretch between those places, but that’s how the company works sometimes, moving where the projects are. Our setup is pretty basic because we focus on the site work. There isn’t much in the way of a big corporate office here; it’s more about the day-to-day operations on the ground. We handle a lot of the technical stuff that comes up during the project. The weather here is different from the north, much more humid, which took some getting used to for some of the staff who moved here. We mostly just keep our heads down and do the work required. People coming to find us usually have to call ahead because we’re often out at the site rather than sitting behind a desk. It’s a small team here in this part of Tamil Nadu. We’ve got the usual paperwork and logs to maintain, but the real work happens outside. It's not a flashy place, just a room with some desks, some fans to keep the heat away, and a lot of maps and charts on the walls. We see a lot of different people coming through for site visits. It’s a quiet routine, starting early before the sun gets too high and staying until the work is sorted out for the day. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles.
