Ashok Nagar is a nice area, and our office is right there on 1st Avenue, specifically at 6K/58K in the Nutech Vikash building. Being Aanirudh Flat Promoters means we spend our time thinking about where people are going to live. It’s not just about bricks and cement, though there is plenty of that. We spend a lot of time at construction sites, making sure the workers have what they need and that things are moving along. It’s messy work. Your shoes are always covered in dust, and your phone never stops ringing. We have a small office where we meet folks who are looking for a new home. We don’t use those high-pressure sales tactics you hear about. We just show them the plans, take them to the site, and let them decide. Sometimes the rain stops the work for a week, and everyone gets frustrated, but that’s part of the job. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and we know how the local rules work. Jawaharlal Nehru Salai is always crowded, so getting from one site to another can take forever. We just take it one day at a time. We aren't trying to build skyscrapers; we just want to build decent flats where families can settle down. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know.
