Aahara Organics Private Limited

Aahara Organics Private Limited is tucked away at number 6 in Vishweshrapuram, over in the Alwarpet area. It’s a nice part of town, though parking is always a nightmare for anyone coming to visit. We’ve been here for a while now, working with organic products. We aren't some big health food chain with millions in the bank. It’s just a small office where we handle the orders and talk to the farmers. We spend a lot of time on the road checking out where the food comes from. It’s important to us that we know the people we buy from. The office itself is quite cluttered with samples and old files. We probably should organize it better, but there’s always something more urgent to do. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, and other days we can't keep up with the demand. We don't put out fancy brochures or run ads on TV. Most people find us through word of mouth. We just want to provide decent food without all the chemicals and keep the lights on. It’s a struggle sometimes, dealing with logistics and the weather, but we’ve managed so far. We are just regular people doing a job we think is okay.
