AADHISESHAN CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is run from Flat T2 in the Pace Aagam building, which is part of the Kaleesuwari Towers. We are right on the Velachery main road in Medavakkam. It’s a very busy stretch of road, so there’s always noise and movement outside. This is an "One Person Company," so it’s a small operation. Most of the work is handled by a very tight group of people. We focus on construction projects around the Medavakkam and Velachery areas. Our office is basically just a flat where we keep the computer and the files. It’s not like those big firms with glass buildings. We prefer it this way because it keeps the overhead low. We spend most of our time out at the actual construction sites, checking on the progress of the apartments or houses we are working on. Being on the main road makes it easy for us to get to different parts of the city, though the traffic can be a real headache in the evenings. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our clients come through personal connections. We talk to people about their homes over tea and try to figure out the best way to build what they need. It’s a local business through and through. We know the builders and the material suppliers in this part of town, which helps get things done. We just take it day by day.
